How Do You Get Back "On Track?"

a. Carefully “watch” what you eat for the next several days 👀

b. Exercise as much as you can 😓

c. Don’t allow yourself to have any snacks 🙅🏻‍♀️

d. Only eat fruits and vegetables 🥦

e. Eat when you’re hungry. Consume a variety of foods that help you feel good physically, emotionally, and mentally. (These foods depend on the person) Move your body as you please. (No movement is fine too!) Be KIND to yourself. ❤️


☮️ Often times, we feel out of control around food during the weekend because we deprive ourselves of the food we want during the week. But once we make peace with all foods, and allow ourselves to eat what we want, when we want, it’s likely we won’t feel crazy around food when the weekend comes.
